The problem
AKDemia is Facundo Massó's driving school in Villa Urquiza, Buenos Aires. Before this project, it had no website: just an Instagram account, with content published without a defined system or direction.
The deeper problem was its positioning. Driving schools tend to use the same words: easy, fast, in record time, guaranteed pass. None addresses the real reason someone might put off learning to drive for years: fear. That left room for a different approach.
What we did
The brand
We built a complete system around the logo: a palette with tonal scales and cool neutrals, typography, graphic elements, tone of voice and usage rules. The palette defines each colour's purpose and how to combine it across the brand's materials.

The decision that guided everything else was about language. The positioning became overcoming the fear of driving, rather than getting a licence. The brand manual explicitly lists the words the school does not use: easy, fast, in record time, cheap, guaranteed pass. A list of words to avoid is easier to apply than three paragraphs about brand personality. The slogan became "Paso a paso" — "Step by step".
The landing page
A static website, without a CMS or backend, provides what someone needs before getting in touch: the available lessons, where they take place, who teaches them, the steps involved and what happens in the first lesson. Contact happens through WhatsApp, where the school handles those conversations.

We included LocalBusiness and FAQPage structured data to describe the
business and its frequently asked questions to search engines.
The map
The first question for anyone looking for a driving school is whether lessons are available in their neighbourhood.
All ten neighbourhoods appear as text as well as on the map. The list lets visitors check the area without relying on the map, while the WhatsApp button offers a direct way to confirm an address with the school.
The map displays neighbourhood boundaries from Buenos Aires Data and keeps the source attribution visible.

The content
Instagram remains the school's main channel, so we created a system rather than a handful of posts. It has four content pillars: information, education, community and humour. Each has a purpose, a weekly schedule, call-to-action rules and a bank of ideas to draw from without starting from scratch every week.

The two trust pillars, information and education, explain why people choose the school. The two relationship pillars, community and humour, give them a reason to recommend it. The balance between them guides the content.
The result
The site is live, and the brand is documented in a manual the school can use without depending on us.
We do not yet have measured results: the website is recent and there was no previous site to compare it with. The next step is to measure WhatsApp enquiries from the website, which neighbourhoods appear in searches, and whether community and humour posts sustain the reach currently achieved by informational content.
